Drugs to increase potency

Problems with potency are a cause of anxiety for many sexually mature men. At least once in his life, almost every man has encountered erectile dysfunction. Usually this problem is associated with emotional stress, although in some cases impotence is a consequence of diseases (diabetes, problems with blood vessels, spinal injuries, hormonal disorders, etc.).

No man will put up with such a problem. That is why pharmacies offer pills for potency of domestic and foreign manufacturers. Usually, such drugs are “emergency help”: they artificially increase the erection due to blood flow to the penis. They do not affect the cause of erectile dysfunction itself.

What causes erectile dysfunction?

The most common cause of erectile dysfunction is psychological stress. The same group includes depression and physical fatigue. If you haven’t had much rest lately and are under the influence of severe stress, you don’t need potency drugs, but a week of rest.

Another large group of causes that negatively affect potency is related to neurogenic diseases. They include such as:

  • diabetes;
  • spine problems;
  • multiple sclerosis;
  • neuropathies and others.

Hypertension, hypotension, low testosterone and high estrogen levels also negatively affect erections.

How do potency remedies work?

In most cases, drugs for potency increase blood flow in the penis. Such pills are recommended to be taken one hour before sexual intercourse. The duration of their action can be up to five hours. It is not recommended to use them often, because they have a large number of contraindications and side effects. It is also important to understand that an erection does not occur due to the mere fact of taking the pill. This is a complex mechanism that requires sexual stimulation.

It is also worth highlighting a group of tablets and capsules that indirectly increase the level of testosterone in the blood. These include:

  • amino acid complexes (arginine, carnitine, D-aspartic acid, ornithine and lysine);
    means based on plant extracts (tribulus, Eurycoma longleaf, saw palmetto and others);
  • vitamin and mineral supplements (zinc, magnesium, vitamins E, B6 and D).
    All these means create optimal conditions for the synthesis of testosterone. If you get enough of them, then additional use will not affect potency and libido in any way.

In order to avoid problems with potency, it is necessary to follow simple rules:

  • do sports – moderate physical activity promotes the production of testosterone;
  • maintain a normal weight – subcutaneous and visceral fat suppress the production of anabolic hormones;
  • eat right – the intake of all nutrients is necessary to maintain a stable level of all anabolic hormones;
  • minimize stress.
    If all these conditions are met, and the problem remains, consult a doctor. Perhaps the cause of erectile dysfunction lies in something else.

Who is forbidden to take drugs for potency?

Teenagers under 18 years of age, people with allergies to any of the components of the supplement, and people with diseases of the endocrine and/or cardiovascular systems are unequivocally prohibited from taking such drugs.

Before buying any pills for potency, consult your doctor. It is possible that the problem with an erection requires comprehensive drug treatment, not symptomatic treatment.
